What are you Working for?
We need to ask ourselves, what are our goals? What are we hoping to accomplish by taking time out of our day to workout? Obviously, Michael Jordan was in it to win it. Lots of us are working out to lose a few pounds or tone up those trouble areas on our body, and if that’s the case, great! Set specific goals and attack those pounds like you were fighting to win a championship.
But don’t just go through the motions. Don’t just see what it’s like to sweat.
