This tasty treat is here just in time for spring.  Besides being healthy, it is absolutely MOUTH WATERING! Here’s how to make your own…

EAT Open Face Sandwich
- Whole Wheat Walnut Bread by Acme, toasted (just pick your favorite healthy bread)
- Homemade Pesto (basil, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan)
- Edamame Hummus (or really, any kind of hummus)
- Italian Eggplant (broiled in the oven)
- Sauteed Red Onions
- Heirloom Tomatoes (I suppose regular tomatoes would be fine… not QUITE as classy)
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Avocado
- Sprouts
